Does Brain Freeze deliver?+
No. Rentals are picked up and returned at our Woodmere location. We help load the machines into your vehicle.
Are supplies included?+
Yes. We provide the appropriate starter supplies for each machine, including OU-certified slushy mix, cotton candy sugar, cones, popcorn and serving supplies.
Can I rent only one machine?+
Yes. You can request any one machine or a combination. Once a rental is accepted, the date is unavailable for all other bookings.
How heavy is the slushy machine?+
About 100 pounds. You are responsible for transport and setup, so you will need a suitable vehicle, a strong table and at least one helper.
How long is the rental?+
Rentals are scheduled in 24-hour blocks. Pickup and return timing will be confirmed with you.
How does bundle pricing work?+
The slushy machine is $200. Popcorn and cotton candy are $75 each. Every additional machine receives a $25 discount, so slushy plus popcorn is $250 and all three machines are $300.
When do I pay?+
Online payment is not enabled yet. We will confirm payment instructions when your request is reviewed.
